Nine kinds of trip, one fleet, one price structure. Pick the one that matches your job and you will get the detail that actually applies to it. Bus charter and bus rental are the same thing in Singapore, so this list covers both.
If the trip is one journey from A to B, book a transfer and pay per trip from $85. If the bus needs to wait, do loops, or you do not know the finish time, book hourly, which has a four hour minimum at $50, $60 or $70 an hour depending on the bus. If the same run repeats most weekdays, ask for a monthly contract.

A single journey, or a single day. Airport runs, tours, weddings and school excursions are priced per trip from $85, or by the hour if the bus needs to wait.

All Changi terminals, plus Seletar on request. 45 minutes of free waiting after landing.

Staff transport →

Shift shuttles →For any job where the bus waits, loops, or finishes at a time nobody can name yet. Four hour minimum, no waiting charge and no extra stop charge inside the block.
The same things whichever service you pick: a licensed driver, an insured and compliant vehicle, the running costs inside the price, and the driver details before the day.
Most people arrive here unsure which service they need, which is where the money gets wasted. These are the three ways a booking gets picked wrong, and the question that catches each one. If you are still deciding who to book with rather than what to book, the guide to choosing a bus rental company covers what to verify before you pay a deposit.
Service tells us what kind of trip. Size tells us which bus. The fleet page covers every size, and every service page names the size that usually suits it.
Hourly hire. A day with several stops and an open finish time works out simpler and usually cheaper than booking separate one-way transfers.
