Driver Arrival: Approximately 30 minutes before scheduled flight landing.
Grace Period: First 45 minutes after actual landing is free (for immigration & baggage).
Late Fee: $15 per 15-minute block (or part thereof) after the grace period.
Hourly Conversion: After 3 chargeable blocks (45 minutes beyond the free grace period), the job converts to an hourly charter with a 3-hour minimum.
Driver Arrival: Approximately 15 minutes early to assist with luggage.
Grace Period: First 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time is free.
Late Fee: $15 per 15-minute block (or part thereof) after the grace period.
