Hourly hire has a four hour minimum. Changi transfers start at $105 and include 45 minutes of free waiting after you land. Driver, fuel, ERP and parking are inside every figure, and no GST is added because we are not GST registered.
The three questions people do not think to ask
The questions below get asked constantly. These three almost never get asked, and they are the ones that decide whether a booking goes well.

How much is it to rent a bus for a full day?
Book hourly. That is $50 an hour on the 23 seater, $60 on the 45, $70 on the 49 and $80 on the 50, with a four hour minimum, so a full eight hour day runs from $400 to $640. Every rate is on the rates page.
What is included in the price?
The driver, fuel, ERP charges and parking. Waiting is free within the allowance, 15 minutes on a transfer and 45 minutes after an airport landing, then $15 per 15 minutes. The other standard add-ons are $20 per extra stop and $20 per vehicle for midnight running.
Will the invoice match the quote?
Yes. The figure you agree is the figure you are invoiced. Nothing is added after the job is done.
Is bus charter the same as bus rental?
Yes. Both mean hiring a whole bus with its driver for your own group, instead of buying seats on a scheduled service. Singapore operators use the two words interchangeably, and so do we. The rates on our rates page apply whichever term you searched for.
What sizes of bus do you have?
23, 45, 49 and 50 seaters. We do not run 13, 16, 19 or 30 seaters, so a page here titled for a group of 30 is a guide to which of those fits, not a 30-seater vehicle.
Which size do I need?
Up to 23 people take the minibus, 24 to 45 the 45 seater, 46 to 49 the 49 seater and 50 the 50 seater. More than 50 needs a second vehicle. The fleet page compares them side by side, and the group size guides answer it by headcount: 23-seater minibus, 23-seater minibus, 30, bus rental for 30 people, 50 or 50 people and larger groups.
How far in advance should I book?
A week is comfortable for one bus, and two to three weeks for a public holiday date. For a large event give us more than a month: availability is planned month by month, so we confirm what we can put on your date when we quote. Same-day is often possible when something is free, though the choice of size narrows.
Can I rent a bus without a driver?
No. We do not offer self-drive. Every bus comes with a licensed driver, which is also what the vehicle class requires here.
Should I book hourly or per transfer?
Per transfer for a single one-way journey. Hourly when the bus must wait, do loops, or the finish time is open. On a 23 seater, two transfers is $170 against $200 for four hours, so two transfers wins. Three or more stops and hourly wins.
Is there a waiting charge?
Not inside a booked hourly block. On a transfer the first 15 minutes are free, then $15 per 15 minutes. Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of free waiting after landing.
How much luggage can we bring?
The 45 and 49 seaters have under-floor holds. The 23 seater carries cases in the rear. If everyone has a checked suitcase, book one size up.
Do you charge extra for late nights or public holidays?
Yes to both. Gazetted public holidays add $30 per vehicle. Any job starting at 11pm or later, or finishing between 11pm and 7am, adds $20 per vehicle. Both apply to every service we run, airport transfers included.
Can you cross the Causeway to Johor?
No. We do not cross the border. Everything we run stays inside Singapore, including the Changi and Seletar airport work.
Are the buses air-conditioned?
Yes, every one. Air conditioning is standard across the 23, 45, 49 and 50 seaters, which matters on a midday run more than people expect.
Are your buses insured?
Yes. Every vehicle carries commercial insurance covering passengers, and every vehicle is LTA-compliant. We can put that in writing if your organisation needs it before approving a booking.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes, with a purchase order or cost centre reference if you need one.
What happens if our numbers change?
Tell us as early as you can. Moving up a vehicle size is usually possible, and it is always cheaper than adding a second bus.
