Three short guides, one per group size. Each names the vehicle we would send for that number, what it costs and what to watch for. They are guides to choosing a size, not extra vehicles: we run 23, 45, 49 and 50 seaters, and every one of these guides points at one of them.
- 23-seater minibus, and whether a smaller van is the better call
- Bus rental for 30 people, where one coach works out cheaper than two minibuses
- Bus rental for 50 people, which now fits a single 50-seater coach, and what 60 to 100 people costs
What to check before you book, whatever you have read
The guides on this page answer the questions people ask before booking. Three points matter more than the rest.
- Advice online does not match what you are quoted
- What we doEvery figure in these guides comes from the same rate card the quotes are built on, so if something does not match, ask. It means one of them is out of date and we would rather fix it.
- Ask this of any quoteDoes the price I have been quoted match the published rates, and if not why?
- Reading about the wrong booking type
- What we doThe most common and most expensive mistake is booking transfers when the job needs hourly hire, or the reverse. It is worth two minutes to check which yours is.
- Ask this of any quoteIs my trip a transfer, an hourly block or a contract, and which is cheapest?
- Guidance that does not apply in Singapore
- What we doEverything here is written for Singapore operating conditions: ERP, coach access limits at attractions, and LTA vehicle rules. General advice from elsewhere often does not apply.
- Ask this of any quoteDoes this advice account for local rules, or is it generic?
Common questions about these bus rental guides
Are the prices in these guides current?
Yes. Every figure comes from the same rate card the quotes are built on, and the full card is on the rates page. If something does not match a quote you are holding, tell us and we will fix whichever is wrong.
Which guide should I read first?
Start with the headcount guide for your group size. It names the vehicle, the price and the one thing to watch for that number, then points at the pages that go deeper.
Do these guides apply outside Singapore?
No. Everything here is written for Singapore operating conditions, including ERP, coach access limits at attractions and LTA vehicle rules. We operate within Singapore only.
Can I get a quote without reading any of this?
Yes. Send the date, pickup point, destination and headcount and you will get an all-in price back, usually within 30 minutes.
Still deciding?
Tell us what you are planning. We will point you at the right option, including when it is the cheaper one.
