Whether the quote is genuinely all-in, whether the vehicle is compliant and insured, whether seat belts are fitted, whether you get the driver details in advance, and what happens if your group grows. Ask all five of us too.

- Are seat belts fitted? Non-negotiable for school work, and worth asking on any job.
- Will you get the driver details? If nobody can tell you who is driving until the morning, coordination on the day will be difficult.
- What happens if the group grows? Ask what changes if your headcount goes up by five the week before, and what that does to the price.
