Corporate bus rental in Singapore

Company bookings get judged on whether people arrived on time and the invoice matched the quote. Both of those are the easy part for us.

The short version

Corporate transfers start at $85 on a 23 seater. Hourly hire, which suits offsites where the bus waits, has a four hour minimum: $200, $240 or $280 depending on the size. We invoice the company and can quote against a purchase order or cost centre.

What company events we run buses for

Annual dinners, offsites, conference shuttles and client visits are the four that come up most, and each has a different shape: dinners need staggered returns, offsites need the bus to wait, shuttles need a loop.

  • Annual dinners and D&D. Hotel shuttles, with staggered return runs for early and late leavers.
  • Offsites and team building. Office to venue and back, with the bus held between sessions.
  • Conferences. Hotel to venue loops across the event days.
  • Client and delegation visits. Airport pickup, site tours, and back again.
  • Daily staff shuttles. Covered separately on staff transport.

Should you book a transfer or hourly hire

Book a transfer if the bus drops the group and leaves. Book hourly if it needs to wait, do loops, or you do not know the finish time. Getting this right is where companies most often overpay.

  • Transfer when there is one movement, like office to dinner venue. From $85.
  • Hourly when the bus must wait between sessions or the finish time is unknown. Four hour minimum, from $200 on a 23 seater up to $280 on a 49 seater, with unlimited stops.

How we handle company groups over 49

Our largest vehicle seats 49. Beyond that we run more than one bus and set them to depart together, so your people arrive inside the same few minutes instead of trickling in over half an hour. Two 49 seaters seat 98, so a headcount of exactly 100 needs a third vehicle. Confirm the number including organisers before we quote. See 50 people and larger groups.

How we work with procurement and finance

We quote in writing against a purchase order or cost centre, invoice the company rather than an individual, and keep the invoice matching the approved quote so nothing bounces back for re-approval.

  • Written all-in quotes suitable for approval, usually inside 30 minutes
  • Company invoicing with a purchase order or cost centre reference
  • Fixed pricing with no post-event additions for fuel, ERP or parking
  • Fleet, licensing and insurance details available for vendor onboarding

What to check before you book any corporate bus

Company bookings carry a risk a private one does not: your name is on it. The three things that go wrong are an invoice that does not match the approved quote, people arriving in dribs and drabs, and a vendor who cannot pass onboarding. Here is how SGBUS.sg handles each.

The invoice does not match the quote finance approved
What we doThe quote is written, all-in and fixed. Fuel, ERP and parking are already inside it, so there is nothing to add afterwards. We quote against your PO or cost centre so the invoice reconciles without a second approval round.
Ask this of any quoteWill the invoice match this quote exactly, and what could legitimately be added to it after the event?
Guests arrive across half an hour instead of together
What we doMulti-vehicle jobs are timed to one arrival window rather than each bus leaving when it fills. For annual dinners we run staggered returns on purpose, so early leavers are not stranded and late ones are not rushed.
Ask this of any quoteIf more than one bus is running, who coordinates them and are they timed to a single arrival?
The vendor cannot clear onboarding in time for the event
What we doFleet, licensing and insurance details are ready for vendor onboarding, and our UEN is 53379842J so the company is verifiable on ACRA before you raise the PO.
Ask this of any quoteCan you supply licensing and insurance documentation for vendor onboarding, and how quickly?
