The short version

Staff bus runs in Singapore start at $85 per transfer. Once the same route repeats most weekdays, a monthly contract is cheaper per run and gives you one invoice instead of dozens.

Which employers use staff bus transport

Employers whose people have to be somewhere at a fixed time, and where public transport either does not reach or does not run early enough. Factories, worksites, hospitals and hotels are the four we run most, spread across the estates listed on the areas we serve page.

  • Factories and process plants with fixed shift starts, where a late crew stops the line
  • Construction and marine sites moving crews between accommodation and the worksite
  • Offices in business parks a long walk from the nearest MRT
  • Logistics and warehousing starting before public transport does
  • Healthcare and facilities teams on rotating shifts

How we build a route

A route that looks sensible on a map often fails because the stop order adds twenty minutes for whoever is picked up first. We build backwards from the gate.

  1. Fix the arrival deadline. The time people must be through the gate, not the time the bus leaves.
  2. Map where people actually live and cluster them into a small number of workable pickup points.
  3. Sequence the stops so the first person on board is not sitting for an hour.
  4. Add buffer for known congestion on that corridor.
  5. Adjust in the first weeks against what the road actually does.

Same driver, and why it matters

On a contracted route the same vehicle and driver are assigned to your run. The driver learns the stops, the gate procedure and the faces. That consistency is usually the thing employers notice first after moving off ad-hoc bookings. Relief drivers are briefed on the route before covering.

What size bus to run for a staff route

Size on the riders who actually turn up, not the headcount on the roster. A route with 20 regular riders runs on a 23 seater from $85, and it is worth leaving a little slack for the days everyone shows.

RidersVehicleFrom
Up to 2323-seater$85
24 to 4545-seater$100
46 to 4949-seater$110

What to check before you contract a staff bus

A staff route is different from a one-off booking: it has to work every single day, and the cost of a failure is a shift that starts late. The three risks are a bus that does not show, a driver who does not know the route, and a headcount that outgrows the vehicle.

The bus does not turn up and a shift starts short
What we doContracted routes get an assigned vehicle and driver rather than whatever is spare that morning, and we run 24 hours so there is someone to call at 5am, not a voicemail.

Common questions about staff bus transport

How much does staff transport cost?

From $85 per transfer, including driver, fuel, ERP and parking. Recurring routes are quoted as a contract rate against your schedule.

Do we get the same driver every day?

On a contracted route, yes. Relief drivers are briefed on the route before they cover it.

Can one bus collect from several places?

Yes. A multi-stop route can collect from several estates or MRT stations before heading to the worksite.

What if our headcount changes?

Vehicle size can change at the start of a new billing cycle. If numbers grow mid-term we add a second vehicle or move you to a larger coach.

Do you run night shifts and public holidays?

Yes, we operate 24 hours. Public holidays add $30 per vehicle and overnight running between 11pm and 7am adds $20 per vehicle. Monthly contracts can be written differently, so ask when we price your route.

Do you run dormitory to worksite transport?

Yes. Dormitory pickups are one of the most common contracted routes we run, most often to and from Tuas, Jurong, Woodlands, Kranji and the Changi worksites.

Is this the same as an employee shuttle service?

Yes. Employee shuttle, worker transport and staff bus all describe the same product here: a fixed route with an assigned bus and driver, billed per transfer or on a monthly contract.

Need a daily run?

Tell us the gate time and where your people live. We build the route backwards from there.

Driver, fuel, ERP and parking are included, and no GST is added because we are not GST registered. Prefer the phone? Call +65 8065 3479.
