The short version

A single movement, such as hotel to dinner, is a transfer from $85. A full wedding day with loops and waiting is better booked hourly, which has a four hour minimum at $200, $240 or $280 depending on the bus. A finish that runs past 11pm adds the midnight charge of $20 per vehicle.

What wedding transport we cover on the day

Guest shuttles between the hotel, the ceremony and the dinner, plus the late run home. Most weddings need two or three movements rather than one, and the bus can wait between them on an hourly booking.

  • Guest shuttles between hotel, ceremony venue and dinner
  • Bridal party transport, keeping the entourage together
  • Family and elderly guests, dropped at the entrance rather than the car park
  • Out-of-town guests collected from Changi
  • Late-night return runs after the reception
  • Multi-venue days covering tea ceremony, church or temple, photos and dinner

Per transfer or hourly

Most full-day weddings work out cheaper and far less stressful on an hourly booking, because the bus waits rather than being rebooked three times. If you genuinely only need one movement, book a transfer.

How many buses do you need for wedding guests

One 49 seater covers up to 49 guests. Past that we run two vehicles timed to arrive together, so the room fills at once rather than in waves.

Wedding timeline notes that save trouble

Five things worth settling before the day, all of which are easier to fix now than at 8am on a Saturday with sixty guests waiting.

  • Work backwards from the ceremony start, then add buffer. Guests board slowly in formal dress.
  • Nominate one coordinator for the driver, usually a family member rather than the couple.
  • Check coach access at each venue. Some hotel porches and places of worship have height or length limits.
  • Plan two return runs if guests will leave at different times, so early leavers are not stuck.
  • Send the full itinerary at booking so parking is arranged ahead of the day.

What to check before you book a wedding bus

A wedding is the one booking that cannot be rescheduled, which changes what matters. The three real risks are the bus not fitting the venue, guests being stranded at the end of the night, and the day overrunning.

The coach cannot get into the venue
What we doHotel porches and places of worship often have height or length limits a full coach cannot clear. We check access at every venue on your itinerary before the day and, where it will not fit, agree a drop point with you rather than discovering it on the morning.

Guests are stranded when the reception ends late
What we doWe run at any hour. A return going past 11pm adds the midnight charge of $20 per vehicle, quoted before you book rather than after the night, and late runs can be split into two departures so early leavers are not held back and late ones are not rushed out.

The day runs over and the bus has to leave
What we doOn an hourly booking the bus stays with you and extra time is billed at the same hourly rate, not a penalty. For a full day of movements that is usually both cheaper and calmer than rebooking three separate transfers.
