When to size up instead

Two situations where the minibus is the wrong buy even though the seat count looks fine:

More than 23 people. One 45 seater at $100 costs less than two minibuses at $85 each, and the group stays together with one arrival time.
Everyone has a checked suitcase. The minibus carries cases in the rear, not in an under-floor hold. For an airport run with full luggage, book the 45 seater and treat the extra seats as luggage space.

A minibus is picked for access as much as for size, so the things that go wrong are physical: it will not fit, the bags will not fit, or the group grew past 23.

Will a minibus fit into a condo driveway?

Usually yes, and it is the main reason people pick it over a coach. If your building has a posted height limit, send it to us and we will confirm before the day.

How much luggage fits?

Do you have a 13 seater minibus?

No. The 23 seater is the smallest bus we run. The rate is per vehicle rather than per seat, so for a group of 13 the 23 seater still costs $85, and it reaches the same estate roads and car parks a 13 seater would.

What about a 16 or 19 seater?

Not in our fleet either. The 23 seater covers both of those groups at the same $85, with seats spare for bags and late additions.
